FAQ's

Will I be able to track my order?  

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. In addition, you will also receive notifications when your order is out for delivery and when your order has been delivered.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

Orders ship within 1-3 business days and usually take 1-3 days to arrive via USPS Priority Mail, depending on your shipping location. We now also offer shipping through UPS.

Do you ship overseas or to PO Boxes?  

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship overseas. However, we do ship to PO Boxes located in the United States.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?  

Yes! Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy on this site.

How fragrant are your candles?  

Because our candles are made with All-Natural Coconut Soy Wax, they will not give the same fragrant scent throw that you would get when burning a paraffin or paraffin-blend candle that includes other additives. However, you will still achieve a wonderful scent in spaces such as a bedroom, living room, kitchen, or office.

Why does the wick on my candle look like it's curled after burning? 

Our wicks are made with a flat cotton wick braided with thin paper threads that provide a controlled curling of the wick, which makes it self-trimming. This results in minimized mushrooming, soot and smoke. Although it is considered self-trimming, please be sure to trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch before each burn.

Is the packaging we use to ship your candles/wax melts environmentally friendly?  

We try to use as many eco-friendly packaging/shipping materials as we can, while still ensuring that your candles are packaged with care and are safe and secure during their travels. We want them to arrive at your door in perfect condition.

The crinkle paper, tissue paper and boxes we use are all recyclable. Our candle tins are reusable and the plastic clam shells we use for our wax melts can be recycled. For more information on how to recycle the poly mailers we use, please click here.
